- Membership benefits are valid until the expiry date as printed on the membership card/voucher

- Discounts extended are based on the number of paying diners at the table
- Discounts are applicable for à la carte Main Course or buffet meal orders

- Restriction of usage
The à la carte benefits (unless otherwise stated) are valid year round except on the following days: 24, 25 and 31 December, 1 January, Eve of Chinese New Year and the first three days of Chinese New Year. à la carte benefits are not applicable at Hua Ting and Tien Court for all 15 days of Chinese New Year. à la carte benefits are not applicable at Grand Shanghai on Chinese New Year Eve and only 15% discount is applicable for full 15 days of Chinese New Year

- Discounts or privileges extended by participating merchants are bound by validity period stated and may be varied or withdrawn without any prior notice
- All purchases made by the Member from the participating merchants are strictly between the Member and the participating merchants. Member shall not hold à la carte and Millennium & Copthorne International Limited liable for any loss or damage suffered. Such loss or damage include without limitation goods or services of unsatisfactory quality, goods or services that are not fit for the purposes for which they have been purchased, and the failure by participating merchants to pass good title to Member for any products purchased
- Members recognise and agree that no claims or demands will be brought against à la carte and Millennium & Copthorne International Limited in relation to purchases from the participating merchants
- à la carte and Millennium & Copthorne International Limited have the discretion to revise the list of participating merchants, and reserve the right to add, amend or withdraw any terms & conditions and benefits available to Members from time to time as it deems fit without prior notice
- LOST OR STOLEN:
Safe keeping of membership card is the responsibility of the Member. Loss or theft of the card must be reported immediately to à la carte. A fee of S$50 will be charged for card replacement. Membership vouchers will not be replaced if lost or misplaced
- CANCELLATION:
Cancellations will be honoured up to two weeks from the date of purchase of the membership and an administrative fee of S$100 will be charged
- PRIVACY STATEMENT:
Any personal information collected by à la carte or Millennium & Copthorne International Limited will not be disclosed to any third parties unless so required by law or any government agencies
